Picture Taking Procedure

We will be ready to take your photographs 2 hours before the ceremony and we will also be available 1 hour after the ceremony.

To order photographs, bring your money and order at the ceremony. We have tables with samples of what is available. There is no need to register or order or pay before you arrive at the ceremony.

If you ordered and paid for your photographs, the average turnaround time until you can expect to receive your photographs via registered mail is 3 weeks.

 

The procedure to have your photographs taken is as follow:

There are two queues for photographs at the ceremony:

1. The queue at the cashiers (a row of tables)
2. The queue at the studio (lights and a backdrop)

 

If you ONLY want the "special" package, like this one ↓ **Then join the queue at the cashiers.**

This is the ceremony photographs (a stage photo and a head and shoulder portrait) and is taken during the ceremony and work as follows:

1. When you are being draped or receive a handshake a stage photograph will be taken.
2. When you leave the stage, before you take your seat, a portrait photograph will be taken.

 

However,

If you want ANY of these photographs ↓ **Join the queue at the studio first.**

After your photographs have been taken, you will receive a pink form.

Now you can join the queue at the cashiers and hand in your forms with the correct money.

Please note: You do not have to join the queue at the studio for your ceremony portrait photograph as this is taken during the ceremony.
